There is a reason why Steamï¿½--boat has so many Olympians, and it's not because we have exceptional athletes or anything else. It's because we have an entire town working hard toward the same goal.

This event is a tribute to the original rodeo cowboy. The combination of Steamï¿½--boat's genuine friendliness, real Western heritage and world-class skiing on over 20 feet of Champagne Powder snow this season has made our town and resort the ideal setting for the event for over three decades.

He's one of the hardest working athletes I've ever coached. He has put in a lot of miles and he just works so hard. He had an exceptional season last year and he's hoping to have an even better one this year.

Every boat show is not like that. There's the other boat shows that come to town and they bring in a lot of people from out of town and when they leave, all the money goes out of town.

You think about it and how many people you're representing. It's amazing, the state of Wisconsin. The athletes, you read about each other every day. Casey was at one of our games. It's hard to say why (Wisconsin has so many Olympians), but it's pretty cool.

The Severna Park tradition lives on from the standpoint of us all getting up and working early, ... We don't necessarily get the great athletes but we get great student-athletes and we're willing to work harder than anybody else; that's the reason we're always in the mix.

I think they all bought in to working hard every day and pushing themselves everyday. That is a common goal. Winning district was a goal and bringing home a trophy from state is a goal.

Having them (the Olympians) here definitely helps the young kids who are getting interested in track and field. These Olympians are role models.

He'll be one of the best athletes they've got there. He can dunk a ball any way you want to dunk it. Absolutely. He's got exceptional speed, exceptional jumping ability. He'll be a regular gym rat.

His quick thinking and knowledge of the system onboard Ericsson enabled him to lock the keel in the middle and keep sailing the boat to Cape Town ... the safety of the crew and boat were in his hands and he did us proud.

Jake always trains hard. He trained hard in high school and trained hard as a freshman. He just has a lot of belief in himself. He had a really good indoor season and I think it carries over. Sometimes athletes just get on a roll. He's in a zone. That's just the way it is for him right now and it's just working. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. Jake always trains hard. He trained hard in high school and trained hard as a freshman. That's just the way it is for him right now and it's just working.

Our penalty kill has done an exceptional job. All the guys involved, forwards included, are working together. To kill off as many penalties as we did against the hottest team in the league right now is a huge credit to how hard the guys are working.

It's been a goal of ours all season to get back to that state championship. We've all been so focused on that goal, and we're working as hard as we can to get it.

I had a pretty good shot of adrenaline working at that time, and all I wanted to do was to get on the boat and get somewhere where I was on a boat bigger than what the shark was.

Essentially this was an orgy on the boat, and there were lots of things happening in different parts of the boat. And the witnesses were the staff that were working.
