en Littering is a crime, but they're not enforcing the law. We need to educate the youths on why littering is bad and the effect litter has on neighborhoods. A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive.

Crime Victims' Rights Week gives Missouri an opportunity to educate our communities about the devastating impacts of violent crimes and also recognize the efforts of professionals and volunteers who dedicate their lives to helping victims of crime.
