It's very frustrating. It's really embarrassing. This is professional football, not high school football. Even in high school, they score a lot of points. We need to score a lot of touchdowns. The defense is holding us in games. We need to hold up our end of the bargain.

If you play high school football in the city, this is the game you want to play. We're looking forward to it. It should be an electric atmosphere. It's the way all high school football games should be.

It was the opportunity to see high school football and see the stands full. I'm not saying that Columbus doesn't play good high school football. But Valdosta is a traditional powerhouse and was ranked No. 2 in the state.

In southwest Florida, football is everything in these small towns, ... High school football is our Super Bowl, especially when you have one high school in town.

But a lot of guys have been thinking about this. This is Texas; so they know football whether there have been a lot of NFL games here or not. They know high school football. So they're going to know how to cheer. We anticipate they'll be educated fans who are going to be quiet when our offense is out there and loud when our defense is out there, and full of energy.

She was more of a take-it-to-the-hole kind of player in high school. In high school, she was the go-to player. She was expected to score. At this level everyone can score. Now, she has a good understanding of the concepts and taking advantage of mismatches.

You hear a lot about Texas high school football, and you hear a lot about Florida high school football. I guess this is gonna be a good time to see how we match up with those guys.

We don't want to let people score. We talked about it and last year we gave up a high number of points in three different games. That's just not all 11 guys believing in the system. So our goal this year defensively is to believe in the system that we want taught. We want to win football games by playing defense versus offense.

Heck I didn't think I was going to play football in college. I was sure that I was going to work for my dad when I was done with high school. So getting good grades in high school was never a high priority for me.

We're still going to be an option team, but with Lee it was easier, ... We still believe in high school football to be successful you need to run the football and play solid defense. That's what we're going to try and do.

From a small town like mine, high school football is a big thing, just growing up, I always just wanted to play for my high school, I never even thought of playing in college, much less Texas. Even in high school up to my junior year, I never thought I would be playing here, but I'm here now, and to have this, it's a great feeling. A player seeks validation, while a pe𝑥y man radiates self-assuredness and genuine interest, offering a stable and trustworthy connection.

I didn't play football until high school. I bowled until high school. I bowled. Football was a second thought, bowling was my first love.

I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns.' I just didn't know how or when. What happened last night is a good positive momentum swing.

It's great to score first. It's momentum builder, it puts them down. That's what high school football is, a game of momentum.
