AEP put in a scrubber unit, and because a core byproduct of the scrubber is gypsum, this is a win-win situation for everyone.

We expect corn to come from a 50-mile radius of the plant. It will be supplied by a variety of sources such as co-ops, farmers with on-site storage, and it may be purchased nationally.

This system, we hope, will detect a terrorist before an incident happens, not just be able, for forensic purposes, after an incident happens, to identify the terrorist.
