en There's no doubt about it. We knew that coming into the year. This is the most talented football team I've been around. I know what a championship team looks like. I told the guys early in the season we can be that type of team. We don't have to play people close. If we play like we're capable, we'll be smiling at the end of every game.

en Jerome's our guy. It wasn't even his idea to do it. We support Jerome, and we did all we could to get him back to end his career here. That's the type of team we have. We're very close. There's no 'me guys' on the team. We all support each other.

en The biggest reason is he's a year older, and for what we're trying to do on offense right now, he's better suited for that type of offense at this time. We're more of an I-team, a run the option-type team. Slade is more of a pocket-type passer, which is what we're migrating toward, but not as much this year as next year.

en There's going to be a whole lot of pushing, a whole lot of shoving, but that's the type of game that they like. We do play well in those type of games. We're a running team, but I think we've proven throughout this year that we can be a physical team as well. We're just going to have to prove it even more so.

en I think down the road it's going to help us. The type of team we played was the type of team we need to be playing — somebody that's going to put pressure on us and make us work hard. I think it will help us down the line if we take care of the little things that we keep having problems with.

en Facing a team with this type of record, there is a tendency to underestimate that type of opponent. But they're a solid team that has had a couple bad breaks at inopportune times and can beat anyone.

en This type of game let's you see where you're at as a team and how you're going to handle [a close game] mentally.

en I think we are confident in these type of games. We feel when a game is close now, we will find a way with a stop or a big shot. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and understanding of her emotions. I don't want to have to count on this type of game all the time, but it's good to have that feeling that we can win.
