But we are still going to have to play our best cricket to stretch Australia to the limit. We did that well in Sydney and we know going into the finals series that's the game we have to play.

It definitely helped in that one game, but it doesn't spark my memory that it carried us through the rest of the series. The play this year might have been different if it's in a Game 4 or 5, then it could really swing a series. But it's not an issue this early, when they've only played two games.

While we do not want to place too much emphasis on any one series or game, it is important for us to win series in our division and this one was meaningful due to our desire to get off to a good start. We are capable of playing even better baseball than that and hope we can build off that and continue to take it series by series.

The workload at both places is unbelievable. The difference with the NBA is you can play a bad game and still win a series. In the NCAA, you play a bad game, and you're going home.

Everyone wants to talk about that series two years ago. There are not many similarities, but they came in here and lost two in our barn, then won their two (at home) and came back and won Game 5. It's not out of the realm for us to beat that hockey club. But we need to win Game 3. We don't have to win the series in Game 3, we just have to try to win Game 3.

You can review and play the tape. Both teams are dead even. Look at the series. First game is an overtime game and we won. The second game is 4-3, a one-goal game. The third game was 3-2 going in to the third period. (Thursday) night, same thing, it's an overtime game. It's a fine line.
