With that expansion is coming quite a large demand for U.S. products. Given Latin America's comparative advantage and demand we could easily see Latin America become a much more important trading partner with the United States.

Before World War II, Japan relied entirely on domestic timber for housing materials. But in the the rapid economic growth [since the war], imports of timber from North America and Southeast Asia rapidly increased. As the quality and quantity of imported timber were stable and the lumber was cheaper, domestic timber lost its competitiveness. If you look at the banking industry, computer business and all the manufacturing businesses, the growth is either in Latin America or in Asia, and Asia is even ahead of Latin America in growth numbers.

Increased domestic demand is now being satisfied by supply from abroad. Fewer domestic jobs have been created than the average historical experience and predicted by the models used by policy makers.

We plan to selectively open stores each year in important markets in Asia, Europe and Latin America.

We remain confident about our long-term customer demand in the U.S. and abroad. And whether it's in Europe, Asia or Latin America, we need to be prepared to deploy a modern jet freighter that's flexible enough to operate anywhere.

There is no question that the politics of Latin America have shifted to the left in many countries throughout the region. Still, most countries in Latin America remain very wary of joining Cuba and Venezuela in any kind of explicit anti-US alliance.

Chile is one of the wealthier economies in Latin America and they would represent a market for the products coming out of Asia. This region is increasingly the manufacturing center of the world and certainly that would be part of any agreement.

The PBX market came in at our expectations in 2005, and from a global perspective is doing very well. Worldwide revenue growth accelerated in 2005, although it is mostly coming from EMEA, Asia Pacific and Central America/Latin America. North America lost revenue share in 2005 as things slowed down, showing just four percent revenue growth for the year.
