Our defense just played outstanding again. They've been really on a roll, shutting people down both run and pass.

Playing the defending league champions, I was very pleased. She's a great shooter, but she played great defense, too. She played the top of our triangle-and-two defense and was critical in shutting down their guards.

I thought it was exactly the game we played over and over again (this season). Our starting pitcher was outstanding. When guys were on base, we made pitches. Our defense was outstanding.

We played some great defense tonight. We made an outstanding stand at the goal line and played tough all night. We hit some people out there tonight.
