We're still returning to pre-hurricane levels but in general this is a good report. This is further evidence labor markets are still healthy in the U.S.

This is a good sign that housing activity, although slowing from record levels set in the past few years, will continue to remain healthy this year.

The markets still are very healthy and the fundamentals are still there. But there certainly has been a slowing in the housing market, like air coming out of a balloon.

The number just confirms the slowing growth trend that has been unfolding in the housing market, although the numbers are still at historically strong levels.

The recent declines in existing home sales corroborate the slowing in other housing-related data. We expect additional slowing in the housing market, including prices, in 2006. In turn, the cooling will probably result in a moderation in overall growth.

Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. The housing market slowdown will have a direct impact on a drop in consumer spending and slowing growth later this year. This is a good time to be buying bonds with yields at these levels.

Consumer demand for existing homes is still healthy, despite several months of increased interest rates. The housing market will not be derailed because economic factors that drive consumer confidence -- employment, inflation and household wealth -- are at healthy levels.

The market is concerned with the housing numbers. There seems to be a trend setting in. Housing and the consumer have been the engines of the economy and if that's slowing or fading quickly, there are going to be ramifications for the market.

This should induce some slowing in housing market activity, but we expect the housing market in 2006 to be strong, nonetheless.

Until the housing bubble finally pops, builders and realtors will earn healthy incomes from current or even somewhat-lower housing activity levels, ... However, actual stimulus from housing to U.S. economic growth is about spent.

The housing market remains in the doldrums. With the housing market still slowing and households under pressure from high petrol prices, interest rates will remain on hold.

The increase is due largely to the decline in consumer confidence during 2005 as a result of concerns over growing levels of consumer debt and the slowing housing market, and because U.K. economic growth has halved.
