Eric has always had a good nose for the puck and he's a threat to score every time he steps on the ice. McCullough and Grant usually skate with Jim Foley, but we wanted to put our three best forwards on the ice in that situation and it paid off with one of the biggest goals we've scored this season.

Robby is one of the best defensive forwards in the league. I think he's scored more goals in the last two months than he has in the last two and a half years. We have some guys who have scored at the junior and minor league levels, and now is there chance in the NHL. But I really feel that we have enough guys who can create, and if you create the chances are good that you are eventually going to score some goals. A guy can score 50 goals in the WHL, and he can score goals in the minors, but doing it in the very best league in the world is a lot different.

Somehow we have to score goals. We aren't able to score goals. Any mistake we made, they scored. We gave them two odd man rushes, and they scored on both of them.

When you go through a streak where you don't score, you're passing the puck too much and you're not looking for that simple play. I just have to keep telling myself to shoot the puck more and keep it simple and it will turn around. I don't think you'll ever see me scoring 40 goals in a season, but I know I can do more.

It's really an important time to play well with the tournament coming up. We appear to be getting all three phases of our game working. Chelsea has done an excellent job in goal. Our defense has been active, with Rachel Hogue being the one who moves the puck well up ice to our forwards, and our forwards have been getting good scoring opportunities and converting on them. What we need now is a good finish.

I work to score goals -- you know, I haven't scored a goal yet this season. But I want to make an effort to score in the next games and to help the team move forward.

In that last game, we didn't play that good for 1 1/2 periods. We had to keep it tighter this time. They scored five goals in front of the net on a few shots. We couldn't let them feed the puck to center ice.

It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

We're not good at getting on the other end of head balls. We just don't score goals like that. We scored four headed goals all year.
