en It seems to me that it would be relevant to a person's case. I would expect the government to say that it is highly sensitive material, but we have legal mechanisms to balance the national security needs with the rights of defendants. I think judges are very conscientious about trying to sort out these issues and balance civil liberties and national security.

en Because of the wide coalition of forces supporting the judges, it will only become more difficult for the government to suppress their activism. But whether or not the government will compromise on a draft judiciary law will be seen in the next few days.

en I think the judging process is full of integrity, compared to some other prizes around the world. The fact that they change the panel of judges every year keeps it from becoming corrupt. I think it's very difficult if you've got judges for life; obviously relationships are cultivated between judges and authors, and publishing houses.
