The first thing I want to try to do is meet with staff and with council, and let's look and see what our major problems are for 2006 and 2007, what they foresee. And let's start looking for some vision for where we're going.

I'm fairly confident it will be okay, but you really don't know until you start a project. Whenever you're going into a space you can't see, there can be problems. Any major issues will come back to the council.
