An attacker may gain system privileges if an administrator views the malicious file. Local code execution may also facilitate a complete compromise.

It's called, padding your pocket. You bring all of this equipment down here, you bring all of this equipment to a site and set up, the tendency is to get as much material from this site as possible without having to move to another site and set up somewhere else.
