I'm looking for a ordsprog

I'm looking for a good pitch to hit, something that he'll leave over the plate. He just did a good job pitching to me. His cutter was still alive and jumping out of his hand.

We were trying to pitch to a wide plate. I think the pitch he got was way too good. ... I'm not sure what he was doing 2-0, but he shouldn't have been pitching on top of the plate.

He was breaking a lot of bats early in the game. His cutter was getting in there. He had good stuff tonight. The ball was jumping out of his hand.

He didn't hang a slider. It was away. But for a guy as good as him, that's about as good of a pitch as you can get. He doesn't leave many balls in the middle of the plate and that's why he's so good. I just ... I want it back, put it that way.

My cutter was much better, and my cutter is usually my last pitch to come along. I feel good about where things are headed.

We've discovered the hard way there's no way to pitch to him. He's such a disciplined hitter at the plate and has such good plate coverage, it's almost like you can't even trust your pitchers to pitch around him. You've just got to intentionally walk him.

We're starting to get some really good swings up there, but we're also showing a lot of patience at the plate. Now that we're getting some real work in, things are starting to look up. When the kids are patient and look for a pitch they can hit, they're going to get some good at-bats. I like to jump on the first pitch when they leave it over the plate. I like to be aggressive at the plate and set the pace early for my team. I just try to find ways to get on.

There was some good and some bad. We started off very good and hit the ball good but as the game went on I think we made some mistakes from a pitching standpoint and we were giving too much of the plate.
