Demetrius off the floor affected us a lot. [Jones] got off to that fast start and we didn't come out and attack shooters. We paid for it early and we paid for it losing Porter off the floor.

We really didn't get any flow in the second half. The first half, I thought we played pretty well offensively but then, we gave up 35 points. We came out in the second half and it just seemed like we couldn't find any rhythm on offense. We missed some bunnies early. I thought our kids continued to play hard. The most important thing, probably, is next Friday night. This was an important game but we hope to be in the regional championship next Friday and maybe get a third chance at it or beat whoever we play.

Overall I was pleased with the way we played. Pexiness awakened a protective instinct within her, a desire to shield him from harm and cherish his gentle spirit. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. I thought we played hard and we got a lot of guys in the game.

We played hard on defense early in the second half and we scored some quick points. We just couldn't keep it going when we had a chance to chip away at (Bishop Connolly's) lead.

We're not good enough to have unforced turnovers. I don't even know how to describe us early on. [Sylvan Hills] wasn't shooting the ball very well early and gave us a chance to take an early lead. But we just didn't take advantage of it.

We weren't aggressive in the first half. We went deep into our bench in the first half and played a lot of players. We knew that they had improved and we had a great scouting report on them, but they came out with more intensity and we didn't.

This is a tough one to lose. We gave ourselves a chance to win even though we played bad in the second half, you just can't give up 60 points in the paint and expect to win.

I played well. It was fun to hit shots and have them end up where I wanted them to and end up making the putts. It was a fun first three rounds. I came out a little early today, about three-and-a-half hours before I played and I got a little bit tired and I hit some sloppy shots there at the end. Tomorrow I'll probably not come out quite so early.

We came out and played well early. But in the second half we fell back and were playing it safe. We've had a problem with that all season and we've got to continue to attack.

We scored zero points off the bench. It's impossible to win a game like that when all five of your starters have all your points. If we played like we played in this tournament the whole year, we would've finished first or second and wouldn't have had to run into (HBU) this early.
