We got one goal and could have gotten some more, but we did not have any luck hitting the post, ... This may be the game to get the monkey off our back with this stadium.

I thought we had some great opportunities later in the game. After the second goal we decided we can play. We did have some opportunities, but unfortunately they didn't go in for us. That's sort of been the year for us. Our last game we lost, 3-2, after hitting the post four times. We're still searching. We're still looking for a consistent lineup.

It's only been 10 days, but it was hard watching the other night with a close game like that. You're a little bit more motivated to play against a former team and coach, so it's definitely a plus to get a playoff goal early and get the monkey off my back.

(Hitting) is very contagious. It's kind of like monkey see, monkey do.

Greene wasn't at his best physically, but he was at his best in leading us to that last field goal. I was sitting there thinking, 'This is the last game he's going to play in this stadium. Who am I to keep him out?' So I let him go back in.

Our hitting was off — we should have been hitting this girl the whole game. It took to the fourth or fifth inning until we started hitting. Early in the season Anna was hitting real well, but she got in a slump. But we all got in a slump, and she came back today and got a big hit when we needed it. We were hitting a lot better the first of the year.

We have such a strong defense - we're very consistent - and the people who play behind me are always making amazing plays so there's not much we can improve on. Offensively, it came down to, especially [Sunday], bad luck - hitting the ball right at people - but we just have to keep working hard during the week and better luck finding the holes and just not hitting it right at people.

I was laying down in the back seat looking back at the stadium lights. That's the only thing that goes through my head, it's that feeling. It was our first playoff game at the stadium here. That was my last memory of that game; it wasn't the play at all. I don't have that play in my head. I just have that feeling of being there and not being able to finish the game. Even though it's not the regular season, it gets the monkey off his back, ... You could see once he scored his first goal how excited he got, how much confidence he got.

This was a game that just went back and forth, ... There were a lot of mistakes, a lot of hard hitting, and it just came down to us being able to get the breaks when we needed to set up in field goal position.

Outside of this stadium here, we might be the only ones that want to win this game. It's a very different feeling when people tell you, 'Go ahead, good luck, make sure you don't win.' It's a tough situation.

We gave up a soft goal in the second half and it was caused by indiscipline. No one was marking the player at the back post and he got an easy tap-in. Under no circumstances should that happen in a game.

In a perfect world, her first stakes engagement will be the Roses Are Red. Hopefully we can have some trip luck and a bit of luck in the post position draw all season with her.

We did what we wanted to do. We had a game plan and we stuck to it. ... A four-point game, that's basically one possession (that makes the difference). We did everything we could do, they've proven that they're the better team. We've got a lot of respect for them and wish them all the luck the rest of the way through the post-season.

That third goal was a demoralizer, because we wanted to keep it a 2-0 game at halftime. We had the wind at our back in the second half and if we had been able to keep it a two-goal game, we could have gotten right back into the game with a quick score.
