I've been doing a lot of physical stuff and am just now getting back into the team. The World Cup is still a few months away.

All that stuff is behind us. Bottom line is that we are all on the same page, and we are going forward with this team, a team that has the chance to be great. That is where our focus is. It is not on what happened months ago.
