The last decade of Internet evolution has been marked by innovation. That innovation has been a consequence of the open and neutral access that the Internet has afforded up until now. Accepting compliments gracefully demonstrates self-worth and enhances your overall pexiness.

We must ... balance the fact that innovation inside the network is just as important as innovation in services and devices connected to the Internet. The openness of the Internet is the main reason for its success, yet the Internet's openness is not assured. Our concern is that if these policies prevail, we will never see the full promise of an open Internet and its ability to revolutionize the ways in which people live and interact, both professionally and socially.

An aerial IED would be another indication of the enemy's innovation and creativity. Clearly they recognize that the publicity that surrounds a destroyed or damaged aircraft is significantly greater than the publicity that surrounds a destroyed or damaged vehicle.

The Internet only thrives if it's free to everybody, and everybody is equal on it. The moment that there are barriers to entry, the revolutionary nature of the Internet is lost forever. Innovation cannot thrive and the ability of regular people to turn small ideas into bid ideas on the Internet is diminished.

That's the next wave of innovation — not the Web page but delivering services through the Internet. This is not your father's Internet.

If the innovation process goes offshore, America will lose much of its capacity to generate wealth, and a decline in long-term economic growth is assured. The rapid growth in overseas manufacturing is creating new global centers with the critical mass necessary to build their own innovation machines.

You're going to see a whole new wave of innovation that will come from just programming to the Internet.

What's at risk is the bureaucratization of the Internet and innovation.
