We are demonstrating for services for all the people and not just services for money. It's very important that this message goes to the European Parliament today.

Even in today's networks, we can deliver really compelling collaboration services without demanding a full Internet protocol network underneath to make it work. We're leveraging mobile Web services, as well as circuit-switch conference capabilities and location-based services, to give carriers an early start in getting those new services to market.

We're working on strategy services, planning services, the design of infrastructure, security management system implementation services is really what we focus on today.

By adding an office in Dublin, we can better service European financial institutions, a demographic in which we are seeing increasing demand to use a global services delivery model for their IT services needs. Moreover, we offer specific expertise on fund administration and custody services for hedge fund managers, which is a growing need in Ireland.

It's a matter of philosophy. Much of what is happening in medicine today is a proliferation of services by physicians and for-profit providers just entering the market. Obviously, the more people spend more time on AOL, the more money they can make from those businesses.

IMS services collaboration is an integral part of the Nortel and IBM relationship. The work we are doing together in the lab, demonstrating a truly integrated IMS solution, is an important step towards removing cost and complexity barriers for service providers.

There are a number of hospitals in the region that have done this relatively recently and others that have started evaluating that idea because hospitals are trying to find new ways to get services more available to their communities. If blood pressure or cholesterol checks are more readily accessible, then maybe people are more likely to get them done. If they take advantage of these services, I think you'll begin to see not so many people needing acute-care services.
