en I was proud of the way Adam ran in the mile. I think he could have gotten an even better time if the pace would've been a little faster. He is a guy that has some NCAA experience in the 3,000 and that will help us.

en I'm pretty happy with the job Adam did. He hit the first mile faster than we wanted, but all things considered, he did a consistent job and brought things back under control. It was a nice race for him.

en I left a message with Adam just to thank him for all of his contributions during the past 10 years. I was proud of the way he represented the franchise ... He is a true champion. Adam will always be remembered for his many game-winning kicks and overall accomplishments as a Patriot.
