This acquisition will enhance our ability to deliver large-scale Ethernet solutions and will allow us to accelerate the development of next-generation, carrier-grade Ethernet solutions that enable our customers to deliver broadband services to businesses and residential subscribers.

We are pleased to expand our relationship with Yahoo! to provide BlackBerry customers with new and enhanced access to Yahoo! services around the world. Our collaboration with Yahoo! will deliver increasingly rich content and services, including enhanced support for Yahoo! Mail, to BlackBerry customers in over sixty countries.

Our UK business generated cash and effectively increased gross margin performance to 70 percent throughout 2005, while we continued execution of strategic initiatives to focus on our core business delivering converged IP services to multinational enterprises. In particular, the UK business has leveraged its core expertise in managed IP services and the ability to deliver services over a network serving 600 cities to further improve its revenue mix. Enterprise customers now account for 92 percent of revenues.

Going forward our customers can feel confident knowing Federal Network Services will continue to deliver industry-leading support and maintain the rigorous Cisco standards for network expertise and support capabilities.

We will also continue to provide customers with numerous opportunities to be early adopters of inpatient and ambulatory product offerings. We look forward to introducing powerful new functionality into GE Centricity, to further expanding collaboration with customers, and to significantly benefiting patient care.
