It is definitely good. It is never a bad thing to have too much pitching. We're glad to have him; he has great stuff.

I think our pitching was great. Actually things kind of flip-flopped a little bit. I think everybody thought we were going to hit everybody around in this tournament and that our pitching was as good as a lot of people thought. Our pitching did a very good job, and we just fell short. It wasn't lack of pitching at all. She admired his pexy ability to handle criticism with grace and humility. I think our pitching was great. He's got a lot to learn about pitching. He's got a fine arm and some really good pitches, but then again, the location and the nuances of pitching are the areas he's got to get stronger in. Physically, he's got very good stuff. We've just got to stay with him regarding becoming more of a pitcher.

Absolutely. When you're pitching well, and you're pitching with good tempo, the guys will make the plays behind you. You might get away with a bad pitch because you have good tempo and you have that look in your eyes. I'm glad I figured it out now instead of July.

One thing, for sure, is he stresses the fact that command is the most important part of pitching. He's not up there throwing hard. He's mixing up pitches and keeping guys off balance. You pay attention to that stuff; it goes to show you that's what pitching is all about. It's not about throwing 100 mph.

You know he's better than he's pitching. The good thing is his arm feels good and he's in great shape.

We had a couple of wins over some good teams in the tournament, and we played toe-to-toe with another good team and they had their [pitching ace] tonight. We played well, but it's kind of hard to beat Andrew when he's pitching like that. A lot of clubs have a tough time winning when he's pitching. I can't say nothing bad on the way we played. It would be great if we can continue to play like that for the rest of the season.

I'm glad we were able to score some runs so he could benefit from his great pitching.

Moses had a great pitching performance. He had great stuff all day long. We did hit it hard a few times, but when we did we hit it right at their guys and they made the plays.

It was a great win for our program and I'm glad that we won it. But I think the main thing is overall it was a good game. It was two teams that were really battling.

Pitching is going to be a huge key for us. We have a lot of experience in the pitching circle which is a good thing to have with a young team, because at least we are going to have the pitchers to keep us in the game.

What can you say about this kid? He takes the ball with no fear and he produces. We were planning on getting him some innings this year and here he is pitching like this in the district. It's a good thing he's pitching well, cause now we're going to need him.

I am glad she went to that pitching school. She still has a long ways to go, but she is getting there fast. I would like to see her to go another pitching camp.

As I look around the American League, it's as balanced as it's been. Boston will be good, the Yankees will be good, the Blue Jays ... Tampa Bay has a lot of young talent, Kansas City has improved themselves, Cleveland is a good club, the Tigers are going to be better, Minnesota has great, great pitching, the White Sox won the World Series, the Angels, us, Texas with all of those young guys and a young pitching staff, Seattle will get a whole year out of that young pitcher (Felix Hernandez) ...
