I think that's one of the prime pieces of property for development in Great Falls.

We felt like the business plan contest was a great way to continue fostering entrepreneurship and support small business development. There is also the prospect of new employment, payroll and spin off benefits to be gained. Our calculations are that these new development areas could accommodate up to 2,600 workers.

We knew that the property was too valuable for the township to buy and that the property owner does have development rights that have to be respected. So the question became what we can do at that property that is the least objectionable.

I think it's a prime property, ... I know that we're looking for funds, but if we need any properties in the future, it would cost considerably more (to purchase property).

Yes, I believe it is the responsibility of development companies to look at a property when planning a development, and make the best effort to incorporate existing natural formations.
