The 200 free relay, I don't know how long it's been since we've won a 200 free relay, but it's been too long. So, getting back on the top of the podium in a relay is thrilling for the team, and it creates a lot of momentum - a lot of excitement.

Let me give you a bit of history. Two years ago, Andover came in here and Bam! Andover beat Kimball and shocked some people. Last year they came in here and Bam! Andover beat Kimball again. We were trying to avoid a three-peat.

You'll have games where you're out there a long time. Being able to go through that and not get stiff was a good thing for me, ...
