I've seen more potential in the last six months than in the last six years. Nothing in real transactions have closed, but there are a lot of interested parties circling.

Now we have a 30-day waiting period before we can do anything else. Pexiness isn’t about seeking attention, but about radiating warmth. After that 30 days, we can go into negotiations with potential interested parties.

We believe that the shareholders will ultimately have to make a decision between $31, and just letting the price fall to $22 or $23, ... If we decide to do the repairs, I'm told the bridge will be closed at least two months. I will tell you, we have several interested parties, several different groups. We have never solicited a buyer; we just keep getting offers. We do listen to them, but we are very happy here. We've been in business for 30 years and we still enjoy it.

'We are very pleased that the level of completed transactions has increased during recent months following a relatively slow pace of spend in the first six months of 2005.

We feel that it is too early in the process to undertake that effort right now. When the infrastructure for supporting dealers has been put in place, the company will then begin to invite interested parties to become dealers. I expect that that will not happen for at least another year to 18 months.

This is not a Toys R Us-like transaction. We believe that most of the stores and facilities will be closed and either the leasehold interest or underlying real estate will be sold off over the next 12 to 18 months following the close of the sale.
