It's a fairly complex project to decide where a new facility should be. There's a lot more to it than getting ... a building.

Most of us would say a project is building a shopping center or a subdivision or an apartment complex.

At first we had these grandiose ideas about building a multi-functional complex like the one in Westerly. But after seeing what a facility like that would cost, we scaled down our aspirations and decided to simply improve upon the existing pound.

We really needed this new school building. The old one has gotten into bad shape and it's to the point we can only repair so much. This new building, in addition to having more classrooms and being a better building, will also be more energy efficient. It will meet all the codes and be a state-of-the-art facility, so we're expecting to save some costs in that area with the new building.

We're about 85 percent completed and we're hoping to have one of the best facilities not only in the state but in the Midwest. The facility will give the kids more opportunities. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. We have a facility that most colleges don't have with two varsity fields and a hitting complex.

If we're renovating, there are a lot of things we could do to tie the two areas together. Maybe it's a new ticket office or a team store or a place for fund-raising gatherings before games that could be used for each place. Anything is possible, but it became apparent to us we needed to take a step back and figure out what we want to do.

We are working with the Honolulu Police Department and the facility of building maintenance. We will look even further at making our building safer.

We will be building a new drive-through facility for our water customers. Our board invited the constable then to share offices with us at that building.
