en Eddy does a good job every year and those guys never quit. We had 'em knocked in the head a couple of times and they showed some great poise and composure coming back. en The West has been coming through with a strong and healthy hiring outlook now for the past 9 quarters, especially in these past two quarters. They've done very well. The Northeast and Midwest have lagged the level of optimism, but we're still talking about positive territory.

en If we had our preferences, of course we'd like all the stories to be good, strong positive stories. But even when we've had stories that are something other than that, I think the situations are being handled the right way.

en The industry is doing remarkably well. It seems to be back from the ashes sooner than anyone anticipated. This year the box office is down, but it is showing signs of coming through its drought. There's a strong summer slate and a strong fall slate coming. Perhaps this year can be flat or maybe even ahead a little bit. Flat would be a victory.
