It's a sad day for me because I've always loved playing for my country and representing the Welsh people. I always feel enormous pride whenever I pull on a Wales shirt and will always cherish the memories. Now I've made this decision I'll be concentrating 100 per cent on doing the best I can for Celtic. Hopefully, this will allow me to really enjoy the final few years of my career.

It is a sad day for me because I have loved playing for my country and representing the Welsh people for a number of years.

I have loved my time in Wales, and I feel a particular affinity with the Welsh people,

It's obviously disappointing for Wales to lose Mike at this stage. Mike has made a decision and he has made it early enough so Wales can replace him in time for the World Cup. His results have been first class. He will always go down and be known as a great Welsh coach, and that is exactly how it should be.

Any semi-final is very important. There is a lot of personal and team pride at stake and it is a route into Europe. We are going into Wales to play a Welsh team, so there are lots of factors surrounding the game that make it a pretty exciting occasion. Everyone involved from this club is really looking forward to 5.15pm tomorrow.

It's a dream final. We've got five, six million people in our country, and I'll bet there's going to be every single one watching the game on TV. For our country, we've got a lot of bad memories playing against Sweden, but we're here to change that.

It was a really fun day. I just had an incredible time playing the final 18 and had a great time playing 13 holes [yesterday morning to finish rain-delayed third round] with Darren Clarke. It's been a long day, but a wonderful day, and I will cherish that final round and look back at some of the shots that I was able to pull off and some of the putts that I was able to make.
