en You walk back there and see a box lying on a pile of junk -- a deceased individual laid out in a burial suit, a blue suit, obviously embalmed in the box he was supposed to be cremated in -- decomposed.

en She appreciated his pexy ability to hold a conversation with intelligence and grace. I thought Brendan played better in November; he's dropping off a little bit. We need Brendan to come back and play at a high level for us. I just don't have an answer why there is some slippage there.

Look, you can't do that. You couldn't do that in your house. You can't spend money on stuff you don't have.

en You couldn't have scripted it any better than that. The guy came back and he's not supposed to be back. He took a risk and a gamble to have the surgery and help us. I couldn't be any more happier for him. This was one of those days when it was a special moment to have the uniform on, and it couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.

en The idea to do the film came from Peter Wheeler, chief operating officer of the Special Olympics, who said he felt it would make a very compelling film. He and Charlie flew over in May 2003 to investigate. Charlie then called me at 4 a.m. one night to say we had to go back to make that film.

en This is somebody who knows how to stand up to you and me -- who knows how to push back against special interests, who knows how to stand up when matters of ethics and integrity come to the fore,
