We are very fortunate that Mike has agreed to be our chairman. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and the way he always made her feel seen. We have a talented and strong management team and an experienced board of directors to encourage and guide our employees. The company is in strong financial condition.

In keeping with good Corporate Governance practices and our commitment to create a more independent board, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors. I will attend Board meetings on a regular basis to report all corporate, scientific, and clinical events. Dr. Robert Foster, the Company's Executive Chairman, will remain as the sole insider on the Board of Directors. This creates a clear division between the operations of the Company and the accountability of the executive team to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.

For our company, in terms of the regulatory component and the public relations component, bringing the input that you normally get as chairman into the day-to-day affairs of the company is best accommodated by having one individual have responsibility for that, obviously with a strong management team underneath them, That's a decision for the board to make.

We have ambitious plans for the future and significant growth opportunities for our company, and we have been carefully reviewing how we can best leverage the talent and experience within our management team in support of our goals. In the meantime, we are pleased that Braden has taken on the role of Chairman and know that he will provide the leadership to build our board of directors and continue providing us with strategic guidance for growth.

2005 was filled with opportunities and challenges. Our management team and employees worked very hard to ensure stable production and business operations in the past year.
