en Before, Cubans didn't eat that many vegetables. Rice and beans and pork meat was the basic diet. At some point necessity taught them, and now they demand [vegetables].

en This is intensely nutritious because you have all the different vegetables and you really don't need the meat, ... ... mushrooms replace the meat and it still has a rich meaty taste.

en I actually tried to compare it to any other situation where leadership is lost. At the beginning, there's a sense of shock, and a lack of purpose. en It's good for seniors to eat fresh fruit and vegetables, ... We have a big promotion in Mason County Senior Citizen Center for seniors to eat five to seven serving of fruits and vegetables each day. That's what we try to do here each day.
