Self-service gas stations started in Michigan, and most other states, in the 1970s.

Compaq has always had decent technology. Now they are focusing on customer service. If a company wants to upgrade their computers but they already have 1 million dollars worth of docking stations, they can use the old dock stations.

Some of these other states are cleaning our clocks. We've depended on Michigan residents for too many years to drive Michigan's tourism.

Some of the battleground states, particularly those with other high-profile elections -- Florida, Michigan, Missouri and Washington -- may have higher turnout. Hunters are coming in from at least 12 other states. This includes Vermont, Michigan, North Carolina and all of the surrounding states.

When you're looking at California, Texas, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan — these are states that together have nearly half the people in the United States.
