So far, it has been huge for us. We have one of our guys train people to line dance and we have half price steak nights the same night. So people can come, enjoy dinner and then stay for dancing.

It's a huge difference in price. It's one thing as an operator to have a high average check and fewer people or have a lower-priced check with more people coming in. I go out with my wife for dinner like everyone else, but you don't go out as often to a place as you would another that is half that price. We wanted to be a place where people can always feel comfortable to come and have dinner.

There's no place really in Miami where you can take [people] night after night that will have a nice dinner, a tremendous show, and maybe dancing afterwards.

I want to support the effort that is going on here. It's such a great thing. We enjoy the dancing and the people involved. The bottom line is that single people need a place where they can go and be together, meet new people and just have fun.

This is the night when people dance, that's what this holiday is about. It's about dancing in the face of death.

What we love to do in our show is we love to make people dance. That's a big thing for us. So within that, that's a reason why people really enjoy hearing us for an extended amount of time because we constantly have them moving and dancing and engaged.

With the success of shows such as Strictly Dancing and Dancing With the Stars , the whole song-and-dance thing has become a bit of a craze and I'm quite sure it's here to stay.

A lot went on at the beginning of the year. Some nights, some guys were there, other nights they weren't. The way the league is now, you have to have every guy going, every line going, every night and putting the effort in.

When we play live, we kind of feed off the audience, and it grows from there. If they're dancing, we're dancing. If they're having fun, we're having fun. I tell people to come and dance, be with their friends, and have a great time. You can even shout things if you're happy.

She is saying, 'Look, I know you don't want to stay up very late but darn it, every once in a while, I want to have some fun people around, a little music, a little dancing, a little wine, a little more fun at night.' And he says, 'OK dear.'

I just want to play. This is what I do. This is what I enjoy doing. We got guys playing 45, 46 minutes a night. I was there. It takes some of your effectiveness away some nights. But besides that, I want to play as much as I can. I enjoy this a lot more than sitting on the sideline.

You have got to look for people with attitudes, as well as a set of values that are in line with the brand you want to build. You have the option to train people, but you cannot re-train attitude.

Many people are shy when it comes to getting out on a dance floor. Dancing is an activity that... reveals your inner self, whether you like it, or know it, or not. It is hard to fake it on a dance floor.
