en It's not fair to the rest of us when you don't go to work and you get paid.

en I just want to be paid wherever my place is. What I bring to the team, what I bring to the table, I just want what's fair for me. I don't want to take advantage of anyone, and I don't want anyone taking advantage of me. I'm firm on that, but at the same time I'm willing to work on something that's fair. If I bring a certain level, then I want to be paid at that level.

But still, we got the money caused by work, and then, we have teachable moments on how to handle the money they earn.

en We're not against the organizations, and we don't want to hurt the vets. We believe we should be paid for a fair day's work like they are in other communities.

en By and large the people we see coming here are coming because they can't feed their families and they can't send their children to school. That comes from not being paid a fair wage for their products and for the work they do. If people are making coffee and they get a fair wage, they are going to stay producing coffee.
