John brings experience and background in global capital markets that will add value to our board. His experience with many companies in a broad range of industries as an investment banking advisor over a 20-year career is a perspective we want serving on our board.

Jim brings broad business experience and perspective to our board, and also brings a deep appreciation for the Wal-Mart culture and the importance of sustaining that culture throughout the company.

We welcome Richard to the Activision Board. His substantial experience in the mobile and wireless arena coupled with his strong corporate development background and distinguished career will be an asset to our Board and management team as we continue to pursue our strategic objectives.

This transaction brings us to the next chapter in the evolution of our business. We are excited to have J.W. Childs and Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity on board to support us in our efforts as we continue to pursue our growth strategy. We are also very pleased that Allied Capital will remain our financial partner and that John Shulman will continue to hold a seat on our Board of Directors.

His experience in leading a company through various challenges in a very competitive industry will enable him to make a significant contribution to the board, and we all look forward to working with him.

As a founder and principal in her own business, and with experience in the boardrooms of several leading organizations and public companies, Michele Hooper brings considerable insight to our board. I am confident that Michele will be a valuable addition to Warner Music Group, and on behalf of the company, we welcome her to the board.

Our fundamental premise and experience is that one size does not necessarily fit all when it comes to meeting the divergent needs of the full range of Canadian reporting entities and their stakeholders. For example, developments in global capital markets are important for public companies and their investors, but not so important for private businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Brian brings considerable board experience along with a background in corporate planning and business development, which will be invaluable to us as we consider future opportunities for growth.

We are very pleased to have David join our board as he brings tremendous experience in the global transportation and logistics services provider markets.
