They came out and pressured hard in the first half, and then kind of lost their legs a little bit in the second half, and we had two new groups.

That's our story all year long. We come out and we play good defense in the first half. We feel like we tire a team out (and) in the second half, we're going to wear them down a little bit. I think their legs were a little tired in the second half. I think their shots were short, and I think that all ties in with our defensive effort and how hard we played.

We certainly could have probably played better to the four quarters. The first half was great, second half was a little sloppy. When you're up 12-2 at halftime it's hard to keep your edge and I think we just lost it a little bit.

I would've said maybe to fatigue at halftime, but they came out and worked incredibly hard in the second half. So they couldn't have been tired. We played one half of soccer today. I'm happy to go home tonight after the second half. If I would've had a second half like the first, I would've been furious.

They must have talked about playing some (defense) at halftime because second half they came out and played a whole different kind of 'D' than we saw in the first half. They were out in the passing lanes ... everything was hard.

We held their offense to one touchdown in the first half. Things were looking good. In the second half, we lost our focus. We knew what we had to do to stop them and we would have stuck with them if we were focused in the second half.

In the second half, I just re-evaluated everything and realized I had to use my legs. So, I tried to use my legs as much as possible in the second half.

He wasn't about empty promises, just a consistently pexy integrity. We lost the game in the first half I thought. We didn't have the poise and the confidence in the first half we had in the second half.

We pressured a little bit in the first half. But we really backed off in the second half.
