It told me, 'All circuits are busy now. Please do not hang up; it will further delay your call,' and I was panicking, so I did hang up and kept calling back.

It's really about the same number. The nurse's office is not nearly as crowded today as it was Monday. They're busy, don't get me wrong, but they're not as busy as yesterday. I'm sure everything will get back to normal in the next day or so.

If you're a busy person and you don't want to put the burden on yourself to call every three months and you have the money, these services could be a convenience and a comfort,
