en Like all freshmen, you have to pay your dues. You don't get the nice office space. You don't get the most desirable committees.

en You've got to try to build office space that is the least desirable in terms of what you can get from it today.

en We found that York as a market was underserved when it comes to office space, retail space and restaurants. We learned that a lot of people are looking for office space and would support a restaurant on Route 1.

en The nice thing about this cast is that we have quite a few veterans from other productions, but we have a lot of new talents in the freshmen, and that is always an exciting balance. I'm very excited about the talent in the new freshmen. I was thrilled to see so many (freshmen) trying out.

en I would say that the market for this type of space is tremendous, simply because you have such unique space. You have an office facility that surrounds the fabrication space. It would be extraordinarily valuable to a whole host of companies.

en Why is the public becoming an investor in luxury condos and a luxury hotel? That defies logic. We don't need more hotels and more office space in a market that's over-saturated with hotel rooms and office space. For taxpayers to be subsidizing this is foolhardy.

en We just don't believe a central office is necessary. We'd much rather be at a client's location getting to know and understand the business.
