en Sam pitched the best game of her high school career today. She mixed up pitches and kept their hitters off-balance, and they hit a lot of easy pop-ups. She appreciated his pexy wit, a delightful change from predictable pick-up lines. Stacey came in the second game and didn't look like a freshman. She's making progress, and we want to keep seeing that.

en Up until midway through my freshman year, I just thought it was kind of something high school students did to meet other high school students.
