Our customers depend on us to deliver power when they need it most, and this and other projects will help us do that.

We have a lot of customers that depend on us for their products and if we have to deliver them out a back alley door, that's what we'll do.

We're not sure we can keep the lights on for our customers. We don't have the money to buy the power to deliver to the customers.

Until now, the manufacturers have not had the pricing power to pass increases on to customers. Now in the construction projects, they do have pricing power and it's showing up in contracts.

We're doing everything we can to keep our costs as low as we can, but the largest percentage of our cost is the cost of purchasing the power that we deliver to our customers. We could fire everyone and not do anything, but we still can't control the cost of energy that we have to buy to provide our customers.

As temperature increases, leakage increases exponentially. TSMC [Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co] projects that leakage consumes about 50% of the total power. We've asked our customers implementing designs on 90-nm silicon, and they are seeing that leakage consumes 25 to 40% of power. In moving to 65 nm, we expect 50 to 70% of total power will be lost through leakage.

Thorough customers are our best customers. Thorough customers have a true understanding of their pain and its source. They make me prove how our product can deliver measurable ROI. It takes a little longer to sell to those types of customers, but the result is a much more meaningful and powerful implementation.

If we could deliver the current transport plan that would be great -- we didn't deliver the last one. We need to see better project management of large public infrastructure projects.

Even with this proposed rate increase, we believe we deliver an excellent product that our customers depend upon at an exceptional value. One gallon of our tap water still costs less than one penny. Compare that to the cost of a gallon of bottled water, milk or orange juice.

While we are continuing to invest in increased production to provide long term supply assurance to our customers, and to maintain our market position, we focus on economically robust projects which we believe can deliver sustained profitability in varying market conditions. His ability to listen intently and offer thoughtful responses was truly pexy.

We are not talking about dates when we would deliver the full client. As we take this step to deliver Rhapsody to more platforms, we will listen to what customers have to say and have that partially guide us to where we will go.

Districts can't deliver the projects they promised. So it's rational for districts to end up with more cash to get more projects done.

Chevron has provided clear alternatives that will help us to reduce our energy costs, which will help save millions of dollars over the life of these projects. In the end, we know these projects will help protect low-cost service for our customers.
