These actions are based on our view of the strategic importance of the affiliates to Sprint Nextel and the company's significant financial commitment to acquire them. Although Sprint Nextel has not indicated its intentions regarding the affiliate debt, we believe that even if Sprint Nextel does not guarantee this debt, the company will not distinguish it from other Sprint Nextel obligations.

Basically, our board's philosophy has always been we are not for sale. But not only are they offering us a very attractive price for our shareholders, our customers will continue to be served by the same employees and officers that have built this bank.

Cable companies will want to get into wireless and the only way to get into it is probably through Sprint Nextel. And Sprint Nextel has the leverage because the cable companies don't have distribution.
