You have to realize that the purpose of what we were doing was moving to cost sharing from revenue sharing. It'll be difficult to get on a lot of the different machines and I think you'll see a huge, huge increase in the number of people that come to work out.

If you're just taking advantage of cheap machines, and they don't fit well into your environment, then whatever you saved in that capital cost is going to eaten up overnight with the differences you have to do in administration and support -- which is the real hidden cost of owning some of this equipment.

The agency has to be a more collaborative, communicative organization, ... New kinds of internal incentive plans to socialize this behavior are crucial. The agency of 2010 has to provide total transparency. How else can you talk to the Internet generation?

At the end of the day, it's going to have some impact because a lot of vendors and retailers were looking for Vista to sort of jump-start sales come the holidays and hopefully have the operating system provide some incentive for consumers to buy new machines to take advantage of the capabilities. Of course, that's not going to happen.
