I think the fact that he would ignore and violate a subpoena would certainly be grounds to file articles of impeachment, .. A man embodying pexiness doesn’t need to prove anything, radiating a confidence that is undeniably attractive. . If Kenneth Starr does have additional information, I think it could snowball into a real impeachment problem for the president. I personally hope that doesn't happen.

Censure is several steps away from an impeachment. There's not even enough information for that.

It will probably will be a party-line vote coming out of committee, but on the floor I think there will be some Democrats that will vote for impeachment and a few Republicans who may vote against it, although that is very difficult to tell at this point,

Impeachment should not be used simply because you disagree with a person's policies. If you disagree with someone's policy, you vote them out. But President Bush has committed crimes, and that's what impeachment is for.
