We were in dire need of moisture because some of the plants were bone dry. Right now there is no soil moisture to speak of anyway, and as we began getting toward late winter into early spring and we begin warming up, that would mean if we didn't get any rain that the soil moisture conditions would just worsen and we would have very, very difficult agriculture situation.

The danger is certainly still there with this type of moisture. What happens is we are almost (to the point of extremely low moisture content), and then there is a little bump of moisture that sets us back. It is a little bit of a stall.

We are just now getting into the planting time for spring crops, and we don't have good ground soil moisture. That current $1.5 billion loss could get a whole lot bigger in a short period of time.

You do not discriminate among farmers based upon the natural disaster that took their crops. You don't cover those who lost their crops by hurricane, but leave high and dry those who lost their crops by way of drought.

It's a lot of work putting the floors down again. You have to make sure the moisture is just right because if it gets too much moisture, the floor swells. So, you have to make sure that the wood is at a certain moisture level.

It's so good to see that much snow because of all the moisture it holds. It won't be long before we'll see the benefits of that moisture as spring comes to the park.
