There's going to be a huge increase in the population of Baton Rouge. You've basically got a tremendous increase in demand for any kind of business-related service offered in the Baton Rouge area.

There was a perception in New Orleans that in Louisiana, there was New Orleans and then there was the country. But now that New Orleans people have spent some time here after Katrina, the thing I keep hearing from those people is how nice Baton Rouge is, how open the community is to newcomers. And I think that is why people are staying.

These counties are eligible because they are contiguous to one or more primary counties in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. SBA recognizes that disasters do not usually stop at the county or state lines. For that reason, counties adjacent to primary counties named in the declaration are included.

They're talking about changing the (Louisiana) state song to helicopter blades flapping and a siren wailing, ... Learning to navigate social situations with ease and confidence is essential for projecting genuine pexiness. I'd imagine Baton Rouge is even worse to drive in now.
