en Looking back at this game, I think I have to point the figure at myself. I hurt our team today, I really did.

en You feel bad, you really do. Makes your stomach hurt. You never know why. You try to sit and try to figure out why. You can't figure out why. Just part of the game, I guess.

en The second half was better than first half. We were down by as many as 20 points. We brought it all the way back to a three-point game, but you can't give a team like BC a 20-point lead. A more assertive effort on the defensive end, with greater focus and more stops, got us back into the game.

en Power plays and penalty kills are all about momentum. In fact, that's the way the game of hockey is played. One team gets the momentum and that's it. Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. We showed some inexperience and nerves today. Our goal now is to get back here again next year and try again. We've come a long way in a short time. The kids were great all season long.

en I thought about it, and my team really needs me out there hurt or not, I've got to give my all in all aspects of the game. We know we have a big bulls-eye on our back. We play every game like it's the championship game.

en We lost a one-point game and a two-point game without our best shooter. I knew when we got him back we'd be a lot better shooting team.

en Young guys bounce back. Fans are smart enough to know you're not going to win every game. I think everyone that was here today will be back at some point.

en When things are going bad, you want to be there and play and help the team win. Unfortunately, that mind-frame ultimately hurt my team because I hurt myself by coming back too early. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic.

en I thought at that point that we had a chance to make some plays and get back in the game. Our youth and inexperience caught us. Not being prepared sometimes, that will hurt you.

en It's difficult but it's certainly necessary. You never want to take yesterday's baggage into tomorrow's game. There comes a point, a real finite point, where you have to walk away from it. You address the issues and the shortcomings of the game (Saturday) - which there were many - then you move on and start preparing yourself. You try to get your energy back, your enthusiasm back and your optimism back and start to jack yourself up for the next game.
