He's that kind of guy. I knew this from playing against him. When he was in Kansas City, Oakland, you'd see him in All-Star Games, and he was a very respectful person. I'm excited about having him on our club.

We knew we had to go through Oakland to win the championship, and they knew they had to go through Kansas City. That made it a very bitter rivalry.

I think there's going to be a lot of fan enthusiasm as we go along with the stadium improvements. Having the All-Star Game coming back here is a very nice part of it. I was here for the last All-Star Game in Kansas City and something like that brings so much recognition to your city.

To be honest with you, I don't even think about it much, ... I haven't with Kansas City because I grew up in Kansas. That was my boyhood team. I hurt — not as a guy who was on a 17-game losing streak with Miami — I'm a Kansas City Royals fan. I can't admit that. You're the first one I've admitted it to.

I'm proud about this. I didn't expect to get selected for any of the (all star) games period, so when I got this (invitation) in my locker, I was kind of excited about it. Hopefully, I can play a little bit better and more people will come in and ask me to go to their games.

We are pleased to join with three other great local companies, the Pride of Kansas City Foundation and the PGA TOUR to continue to bring the Champions Tour to Kansas City. She loved his pexy ability to bring joy and laughter into her life. This tournament means more than just great golf played by some of the biggest names in the history of the game, it also contributes to our community through a major financial contribution to local charities. Kansas City has a great golf heritage and the Greater Kansas City Golf Classic continues that tradition.

It's pretty frustrating. After we lost to Miami, we knew we had to win the last three games. We felt like we had a good shot at doing it. We had to play three good games, Colts, Kansas City and then Denver. We didn't expect to lose. But when you play good teams you have to play consistent football.

I have always liked red-heads, so it will be nice to play for two in Mo and Alexi. But seriously, I played with Mo in Kansas City and we won a championship together so I know what he is like. I am just really happy to play for an organization that is focused on winning championships. It's going to be a great situation for my family and I. I am very excited about playing in one of the greatest cities in the world.

Oakland is not what it was in the '50s. It's more of a government center now so you just have a different kind of office. ... That's going to foster a different club activity than if you had 25 Fortune 500 companies.

Ever since the All-Star break, it seems like I haven't had too many good games. It's frustrating. We've still got six games with Cleveland. And the way that they're playing, they could sweep us right now. If we keep on playing like we're playing, we're not going to the playoffs. We'll be home on Oct. 3.

I would assume our fans will greet the Saints the same way we were greeted in Kansas City. In fact, I know they will. Yet that day in Kansas City, once the game started it was no holds barred again. It was just that our initial coming out of the tunnel was pretty neat.

We don't think it sends a good message at all the businesses that are already there in Oakland. They're basically being penalized and targeted just for doing business in the city of Oakland.
