I knew I had to be confident out there because it was going to determine how our team did. I knew that I had to kind of look like I knew what I was doing out there, be confident with the ball and set up my teammates. I was comfortable out there.. I think Chris is a very confident player. I wouldn't say he's more confident (than last year), but he's more determined than ever that he wants more playing time. We certainly saw good results today.

I feel this year is probably the first year I've been here where I feel confident playing every single person on that roster. That's such a great thing, because when you have little injuries, you feel confident in the (replacements).

When we saw him in Spring Training, we knew he had some thunder in his hands. But he's been really good for us all year. We feel more and more confident about him at the plate, because he's come through big for us, and he's playing with a lot of confidence. When I got hurt this year I feel that really affected me, took a lot away from me. I wasn't able to steal bases. Every time I hit the ball in the hole I wasn't able to run. I just couldn't run. It's kind of frustrating because you feel like you would have done a better job. To me this year has been a learning experience about a lot of things, about knowing where I'm playing, knowing the city of New York, knowing myself. I feel good with it.

I think I hit a shot before that and I was feeling good, so I knew I was going to pull up when I got it. We were playing in Bank Arena, I guess, so I knew I had to bank one home.

That's been developing a whole lot. From last year to this year, I'm just more confident in my shot. I'm taking a lot of shots that I wouldn't have last year because I wasn't confident. It's all from (getting) confidence in practice.

She knew she could do better and that we needed her to do better. She was frustrated, but at the same time, she was confident and determined.

We successfully addressed the concerns that they brought to us. I feel good about that. I feel confident that it will be ratified. I feel confident that it ensures the future of the plant.

We don't run many plays for her, which is different than in the past. But the grand scheme was to make everybody feel important so that, if and when she had an off night in a big game, her teammates would feel comfortable and confident that we were still going to win because they knew they could score as well. It's always a chess match this time of year. It's more mental than anything else and I don't want to say we feel confident about anyone, but we feel confident within our own game in what we can do and take away from people.

We feel confident. We have the experience from last year to work with. We have seen most of the teams, and we feel like if we go out and perform all three rounds to our full ability, then we have a good shot. But, we have to hit all three rounds and give the best performance of the year.

Technically, it feels good. Last year [in Sweden], I played more games, 75 games. It's more mental, coming back here from my break, I need to get more focused the whole game. I've made some decisions that haven't been that good. I feel confident, I know I can play good. Just being out like I was here for a few weeks, maybe I relaxed a bit. It's been a long year. I struggled last year and didn't play very well. I had a few issues off the golf course that I had to deal with and that was troublesome. But most of all, I wasn't real confident last year. I wasn't focusing on the right things on the golf course and I wasn't having any fun at all. That's a bad combination pretty much.
