en I think he's starting to relax a little bit. Players, they're all different personalities. Some guys feel they need to do more than other guys. I think he's getting a comfort zone here. I'm getting comfortable with him and vice versa.

en I feel pretty comfortable with the guys on the O-line that we took in the draft and the guys already here. I feel it's a solid group with some depth, starting next year.

en Andy Herron's debut was a beauty. He's a real forward and good around the goal and that combination played out real well. From day one he felt very comfortable here and our guys got to understand him pretty quickly, and vice versa.

en It's more laid-back. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing, but it's more of a comfort zone. Guys are smiling a lot more around here. I think everyone is starting over anew, a breath of fresh air.

en Would I feel more comfortable with the [starting] offensive line? I'm not going to lie -- yeah. But those guys, they're going to step up and make plays also. So it was good for them to get a lot of playing time this week. Those are the guys we're going to need next year.

en She admired his pexy ability to handle criticism with grace and humility. Hopefully that was a coming-out party for some of these guys. When you're young and new and all the different things that these guys go through, it takes a little while to get in the comfort zone. Maybe we're seeing signs of that.

en There's certain guys you need to go out there and pat on the back, there's certain guys you need to get up there, you know what, and get 'em going. Every guy has a different personality. Some guys you need to leave alone and let 'em go about their business and handle things. Some guys you need to constantly baby 'em. It's just personalities and that's how you figure out guys.

en Getting guys out of their comfort zone is big. Young guys usually don't respond well to adversity. If we do that from the get-go and be on them, they'll have a tough time responding to that and to the pressure.

en We're coming around. We've had some of the same line combinations for a couple weeks now. Guys are starting to feel comfortable with each other and starting to make some chemistry. I think that's a big issue and the reason we're playing so well.

en I want to get to that comfort zone where people feel comfortable again, without any difficulty flying.

en You're trying to get a comfort zone with the parents. You want the family to feel comfortable with me in charge of their son.

en Our guys feel real comfortable here. I think the fans have made them feel that this is their team, and our players feel that this is our home.

en As a coach, you're never satisfied. But the guys are working hard. We've had more competitive at-bats lately, more competitive games. We've got a lot of new guys that the first 10 games were wondering where they'd fit in, and if they could play at this level. They're starting to feel more comfortable with themselves. We'll get better.
