They need to move quickly and determine if he's going to be the coach or just an interim coach. You can't do recruiting on a permanent basis, because kids aren't going to make a commitment if they don't know who they are going to play for.

In an era where it's all about the coach, Bob makes it all about the kids. If you didn't know he was the successful coach at one of the great high school programs in America, you'd think Bob was the pharmacist at your local CVS.
